My Catalyst

Before I was a practitioner, all I wanted was to climb the corporate ladder - which I did, at a high cost: my own health. Traditional “rest” was no longer enough, pushing through was taking me nowhere, success did not make sense anymore. Burnout hit me once, twice, became depression, and day after day I realised a bit more that something (or everything) had to change. I had to shift my entire baseline and beliefs system, and do true somatic work until I learned to communicate with my own body to finally understand it was no failing me; it was not my enemy, it was only screaming for help. I finally chose to stop being my own enemy.

My Philosophy

I believe sustainability is not only an environmental principle—it is a human one. We are cyclical beings living in a culture of linear productivity. You cannot expect a constant harvest without ever nourishing to the soul.

My Approach

As a Holistic Counsellor (certified by the ASHC), my work is deeply client-focused and collaborative. I integrate holistic counselling, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness to dismantle the cultural conditioning we internalize. By leaning into the restorative intelligence of nature, I help you move out of survival mode and build a life anchored in emotional regulation, authentic awareness, and sustainable structural shifts.

The Sustainable Being Path was born from my own long experience and exposure to burnout. I learned how important it is to shift beliefs, foster sustainable habits, and speak my own body’s language; however, without compassion and adequate support, the path can potentially become negatively more intense than it needs to be.

I developed The Sustainable Being Path method not only to seek healing and balance when facing chaos, but as a lifestyle that fosters reconnection to the body, honouring one’s rhythms, and establishing one’s own sustainable and unique path.

  • Traditional talk therapy operates primarily from the neck up—focusing on analyzing, rationalizing, and understanding your thoughts. While valuable, cognitive processing alone cannot release stress that has been physically hardwired into the body's nervous system. Holistic and somatic counselling bridges the mind and matter. We hold space for the intellectual story, but we prioritize the "felt sense" in the body, teaching you how to safely process stored survival energy (fight, flight, freeze) so true, long-term equilibrium can occur.
